What’s New In Cypress 🌲
Here are the new businesses opened and opening soon in Cypress.
Bath & Body Works Opened its 3rd Cypress Location: This one you can find over in the Cypress Towne Center, down the street from the Target. The other is in the Fairfield town center, and the third is in the Premium Outlets.
We Are Less Thank a Month Away From The Cheesecake Factory Opening: If you’ve driven past the Premium Outlets lately, you might have caught the giant building in the parking lot. Well, they have the sign up, and we are t-minus one month from its grand opening.
The BAM (Books-A-Million) will be opening soon. Where the old party city used to be, the BAM will be taking its place and open for business next month.
Gomez Western Wear: My take— this is Cavendars with more colors and style options. Also set to open this month.

It’s (almost) “Table Outside” season. Here are some suggestions.
Ambriza in Towne Lake Boardwalk: The views are great from their patio, and they serve traditional Mexican cuisine.
The Union Kitchen: On the other side of the Towne Lake boardwalk, it shares equally amazing views as Ambriza. They serve everything from calamari to burgers. Deemed ‘American Style', but in reality, you’ll find a wide variety of cultural food types.
La Viva Cantina: Great food and a very large patio. You’ll find this one right across the street from The Premium Outlets.
First Watch (The Fairfield Location): Breakfast/Brunch eatery. There is more than one location in Cypress, but this one has a designated patio section.
Cypress Creek Grill: This is tucked away off on Telge, but it has a beautifully enclosed patio with a very nice turfed playground.
