With other locations already in Fairfield Town Center and the Houston Premium Outlets, this new opening makes it even easier to grab your favorite products locally.

Cheesecake Factory Cypress, TX — Opening November 18 at Houston Premium Outlets

The wait is almost over. The Cheesecake Factory Cypress, TX is set to open on November 18, 2025, at the Houston Premium Outlets.

If you’ve driven by recently, you’ve probably noticed the large new building taking shape near the main entrance. Inside, guests will find the restaurant’s full menu—more than 250 made-from-scratch dishes and over 30 cheesecake flavors, ranging from classics like Strawberry Cheesecake to seasonal favorites.

This new location will create more than 270 jobs and marks The Cheesecake Factory’s seventh Greater Houston restaurant. It’s an exciting addition to the growing Cypress dining scene and a convenient spot for residents who love a big menu and even bigger slices of cheesecake.

Books-A-Million Cypress, TX — Opening Soon Near Houston Premium Outlets

Book lovers have something new to look forward to this fall. Books-A-Million Cypress, TX will soon open in the former Party City location near Houston Premium Outlets.

The upcoming 15,000-square-foot bookstore will feature a wide range of bestsellers, educational titles, and its popular Faithpoint collection. The store may also include a cozy Joe Muggs Café, making it the perfect place to browse, sip coffee, and unwind.

With interest in in-person bookstores growing again, the new Books-A-Million will be a welcome addition for local readers from neighborhoods like Bridgeland, Dunham Pointe, and Fairfield.

Gomez Western Wear, Cypress, TX — Opening by the End of October

If you’re looking for authentic Texas style, Gomez Western Wear Cypress, TX will soon be your new go-to. This Texas-based retailer is opening a new 6,500-square-foot location at 25414 Northwest Freeway, Suite C4, in the same plaza as Exclusive Furniture and near Cinemark Cypress.

Gomez Western Wear is known for its handcrafted boots made in León, Mexico, as well as pearl-snap shirts, jeans, belts, hats, and accessories. The brand prides itself on creating durable, comfortable, and stylish products that appeal to everyone—from ranch hands to weekend shoppers.

This will be the retailer’s 21st Texas location, adding another locally rooted business to the growing retail corridor along Highway 290.
