When it comes to dining out in Cypress, TX, residents are spoiled for choice. From upscale date-night destinations to casual burger joints and international flavors, the community has plenty of favorites. We pulled together recommendations directly from locals to create this guide to the best restaurants near you in Cypress, TX.

Let me start with my personal favorites

I was a little shocked to see some of my favorite spots not come up on Reddit or Facebook when discussing the best restaurants, so I thought I’d point them out:

  1. Alicia’s Mexican Grill: We find it hard to go anywhere but here for Mexican food. The consistency, the quality— everything! But what really puts it over the top is the service. We have been treated amazingly by everyone here every single time we visit. Also, if you get a chance, try their tequila tasting nights. Worth it.

  2. Half Baked Cookies & Tiff’s Treats: Half Baked has my heart for a ton of reasons, but the consistency and delivery offered by Tiff’s also deserve an honorable mention. Try them both— let me know.

  3. Crust Pizza: I have yet to find another pizza place that is close to the quality. We love the Blanco, but don’t forget to ask for it to be cut in triangles instead of traditional (no reason, just my preference😅)

  4. HopDoddy: Ok, this has got to be one of the best burgers I have ever had. I haven’t tried their shakes, but I have also heard they are to die for.

  5. Sushi Haya: This one opened earlier last year, but I first discovered it off Kuykendahl. This is the best sushi I have ever had, as well as the best deal. It’s all you can eat for less than $40 per person. Plus, they have drink specials constantly.
