Venterra is Building a Massive $50MM Apartment Complex
This will be Venterra Realty’s third complex in Cypress, with a $50 million build-out, 13 stories (how does that climb work?), detached garages, and (get this) a car wash. Where? 🚨Be cautious driving this week:🚨 There are now more walkers, bikers, scooters, drivers, and buses on the road than in previous years. Please slow down, your response time when driving 35 MPH is 1.5 seconds (about 75-80 feet of travel before you can hit the brakes). That jumps up to 85-90 feet if you’re traveling at 40 MPH.

Think you’re having a bad day?… Panera is in deep. Like millions deep.
If you didn’t notice, the Panera Bread off of 290 is shut down, and it’s not alone. 15 Panera Bread stores have closed after a wild turn of events with a rogue franchisee owner. Apparently, Panera (the main company) terminated its rights with the franchisee (aka EYM Cafe), who owned 15 stores across Houston, including the one here in Cypress. So these storefronts were operating illegally by using the Panera Bread name for months. It gets worse— ‘EYM Cafe’ reportedly owes up to $50 million to hundreds of creditors.
