If you’ve been patiently waiting for updates on the new Trader Joe’s in Cypress, it looks like we might finally have some fresh intel. πŸ‘€

According to the latest buzz, December 15th is the expected first day of business β€” though the official TJ’s site still lists β€œLate December” as the ETA. Neighbors say they’ve got an insider with a little extra info, so take it all with a grain of (everything bagel) seasoning. πŸ˜‰

  • Monthly average: 6.23 % | 52-week average: 6.63 %
    30-year rates have slipped and dipped, making this the second-lowest rate this year and a half a point lower than this time last year. All things considered, it’s a really strong market for buyers.
