At this point, I'm convinced you cannot leave your house in Cypress without a brand-new master-planned community appearing behind you. The latest: LGI Homes just opened Cypress Trails near Fairfield/Rose Hill area — 500+ homes starting in the $240s, pickleball courts, a dog park, walking trails, and not one but TWO parks. That's like the fourth massive new community I've talked about this year alone. I genuinely cannot keep up. You blink, there's a new neighborhood. You blink again, it has its own H-E-B, a Whataburger, and a roundabout you don't understand yet. Not complaining — homes in the $240s in this market is honestly kind of refreshing to see. Just maybe slow down enough for the rest of us to learn the new street names, Cypress. 😅
