Cypress residents are divided on the Toro District, and even supporters want answers on traffic, infrastructure, and who ultimately pays.
Everyone seems to have an opinion about the Toro District, but what you will not always catch on the larger media networks is the true sentiment of the people who actually live here. (Me running straight to the Facebook comments, because that is where the real community thoughts are shared, for better or worse.)
