Costco and Home Depot may be the names getting the most attention, but plans for Grand Mason stretch far beyond big-box retail.

For years, the area around the Grand Parkway and FM 529 has been defined mostly by rooftops. Elyson, Marvida, Avalon at Cypress, Mason Woods and other communities have added thousands of homes, while the commercial development surrounding them has slowly worked to catch up.

Grand Mason could change that balance in a major way.
