A note on what's on this list. These places are open right now. Announcements are a different thing entirely (a permit filing is a construction schedule, not a dinner reservation), and we keep those on Coming Soon to Cypress. If a place is on this page, you can go eat there tonight.
Two patterns worth noticing before the list. The first is that Fry Road had a year: four of these fifteen are within about two miles of each other. The second is that six of them are frozen custard, cookies, cobbler, charcuterie, or coffee.
