⏳ Harris County Property Protest Deadline Approaching

If you’re a Harris County homeowner and disagree with your property’s appraised value, you’ve got until May 15 to file a protest. Those who got their notice after April 15β€”or haven’t received it yetβ€” have 30 days from the date on the notice to take action. Appraisals are based on your property’s January 1 market value, but your actual tax bill will depend on fall tax rates set by local jurisdictions.

Joy is a BEAUTIFUL and Sweet 6 month old puppy. She adores snuggles, kisses, and belly rubs. She’s great with kids. She has been in a foster home with 3 boys ages 8-12. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home. She even does well with cats!

She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and has pretty good house manners for a puppy, making her an easy and loving addition to any family. Read her full story here!
