Business & Construction Updates
Gallina’s TexMex is opening right next to Connie’s Frozen Custard in late summer. We saw the progress not too long ago on a late-night custard run, and I’m thinking this might be a prime location for the restaurant. Mainly, the proximity to Towne Lake residents [See it here.]
Costco Cypress has begun their parking lot expansion. If/ when you find yourself there, park towards the tire center (across from the gas pumps) or the vision center. The spots near the 290 entry and exit are a bit hectic to get in and out of right now. On another note, have you seen their Spring Displays?
Walk On’s: If you remember where Sam’s Boat used to be on Townelake Boardwalk, Walk On’s has started the buildout to take over their spot. From spectators who have seen the inside, we may not be eating there anytime soon. However, it was slated for a March/April Opening. [See the progress]
P.Terry’s released their construction update, along with a walkthrough, and is projecting a late April/ Early May. [See The Progress]
