Business & Construction Updates
Gallinaβs TexMex is opening right next to Connieβs Frozen Custard in late summer. We saw the progress not too long ago on a late-night custard run, and Iβm thinking this might be a prime location for the restaurant. Mainly, the proximity to Towne Lake residents [See it here.]
Costco Cypress has begun their parking lot expansion. If/ when you find yourself there, park towards the tire center (across from the gas pumps) or the vision center. The spots near the 290 entry and exit are a bit hectic to get in and out of right now. On another note, have you seen their Spring Displays?
Walk Onβs: If you remember where Samβs Boat used to be on Townelake Boardwalk, Walk Onβs has started the buildout to take over their spot. From spectators who have seen the inside, we may not be eating there anytime soon. However, it was slated for a March/April Opening. [See the progress]
P.Terryβs released their construction update, along with a walkthrough, and is projecting a late April/ Early May. [See The Progress]
