Alright, the time has come. Word on the street is that the weather this year was Perfect for crawfish season, and we should expect great size and great market prices to match. I am determined to try as much as possible, but based on the past few years, Han’s and BB’s Tex-Orleans are my favorite spots. Stay tuned for market prices and locations.
