Welcome Back to Cypress Digest! Your Weekly Guide to Community News & Events in Cypress, TX. Let’s kick things off with a story about nothing that we can all relate to. Or you can skip ahead here.

Does anyone else feel like dishes regenerate faster than you can wash them?

I swear, if you leave the sink empty for more than ten minutes, the house gets suspicious.

Because dishes don’t disappear; they regenerate. Quietly. Aggressively. You wash everything, turn your back, and somehow there’s already a new cup. A plate. A spoon that absolutely wasn’t there before.

Which is why sometimes the most productive thing you can do is let someone else cook. Places like Alicia’s don’t just feed you, they give you a night off from the cycle. And honestly, that kind of relief feels like self-care.

What’s New In Cypress 🌲

HLSR is back, and they have released their concert lineup for the season.

Now, I’m a huge rodeo fan, but there is only one way to do the concert, and that is All-Inclusive. (In my opinion, THESE are the best premium seats at a great price) Don’t forget: Half Price Carnival Packs and Food Cards are now on sale! 🀠 🚨 New this year - a $125 carnival pack ($500 value)! It’s Tax Time, Dear… Here are the details

I keep it pretty tight-knit when it comes to content. Although I will branch out to Houston news occasionally when it affects our part of the world. But I figured I’d venture outside the communication bubble for a widespread cause. There has been a good amount of movement and shifts influenced by either inflation or politics. So, if you’re interested Here’s the 2026 Tax Timelines and Updates.
